One way to do so is to attend a workshop on alliance management, such as the one we have offered in the past at Brandeis University (in Boston area). For MBAs, a full course on alliances and M&A is a popular elective in many schools. At Brandeis, I have taught a course of alliance strategy for many years. Currently, the course covers all aspect of Remix Strategy, including acquisitions and divestments. An outline of the syllabus is below.
